One Stop Online Business Registration at osbr.utah.gov
You can register your Business Name through the State website as well as apply for a Sales Tax License Number, a Federal Employer Identification Number, an Employee Income Tax Withholding Number, Unemployment Insurance, and Register with the EPA, if needed.

How to Apply for a Business License:
Fill out the appropriate Business License Application (below), print and bring the completed application & forms along with payment to the City Offices for processing.
Business License fee $100.00
Temporary Business License fee $50.00
Commercial Business License fee $100.00 - $350.00 (based on sq. ft.)
All License fees are due before licensing can be processed
License fees are not pro-rated and Business Licenses
License expire on December 31st of each year, Renewals are due January 1st of each year
